Keto Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken (order here)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (order here)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (order here)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (order here)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (order here)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (order here)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (order here)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (order here)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce (order here)
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (order here)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (order here)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (order here)
- 1 bunch cilantro (order here)
Instructions
- Cut up the chicken into tenders and place in a large bowl.
- Add the marinade ingredients besides the avocado oil and stir to coat the chicken.
- Let the mixture sit for a while and prepare the peanut sauce.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth and put into ramekins.
- Put the chicken on wood or metal skewers.
- Heat up a grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium high heat and avocado oil in the pan.
- Tilt the pan to coat it.
- Add the chicken skewers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Place the cooked skewers on a platter with satay sauce ramekins, cover with cilantro and serve.
