Keto Fried Chicken {Asiago & Parmesan Breading}

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cup asiago
  • 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  • Mix egg and water in a small bowl Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and reserve 1/4cup of mixture Coat chicken in egg mixture and then dip in cheese mixture and coat both sides Heat olive oil over medium heat and add chicken to pan Cook over medium heat turning occasionally.
  • Make sure cheese breading doesn't stick to the pan. Cook chicken until temp reads 165 and liquids run clear Turn oven broiler on high and place chicken on a baking pan. Cover chicken in remaining cheese mixture and bacon Broil for 3-5 miuntes (until chees is melted)
