  • 3/4 cup flour (Sesame Seed, sukrin brand or ground sesame seeds)
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Place the sesame seed flour and the baking powder into a mug.
  • Mix together.
  • With room temperature butter, add the butter, egg and salt to the mug and mix together well.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds (or bake in the oven for 15 mins).
  • Enjoy.
