Keto Tortilla Chips
- 6 tortillas (Flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons oil (Flaxseed, Recipe Here)
- jalapeno chilies (Flaxseed, Recipe Here)
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- Make the flaxseed tortilla's using this recipe. Cut the tortillas into 6 slices.
- Pre-heat deep fryer. Once ready, lay out 4-6 pieces or tortilla at a time. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, then flip.
- Fry for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Remove from the fryer and place on paper towels to cool.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toppings of choice!
