  • 10 mint leaves (large)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice ,
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (large)
  • 1 cup ice cubes ,
  • 2 ounces white rum ,
  • 2 ounces club soda


  • Add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil. Add in the lime juice, powdered erythritol and ice cubes. Pour in the white rum and club soda. Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with more mint or a lime wedge. Enjoy!
