Keto Mojito - Low Carb & Sugar-Free
- 10 mint leaves (large)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon erythritol (large)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces club soda
- Add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil.
- Add in the lime juice, powdered erythritol and ice cubes.
- Pour in the white rum and club soda.
- Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with more mint or a lime wedge.
