  • 1 cup cookies (pecan, pieces)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 4 ounces butter (pecan, pieces)
  • 5 tablespoons Swerve Sweetener (Granular)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (pecan, pieces)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (pecan, pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener (Granular)
  • 1 cup cookies (pecan, pieces)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 4 ounces butter (pecan, pieces)
  • 5 tablespoons Swerve Sweetener (Granular)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (pecan, pieces)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (pecan, pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener (Granular)

Instructions

  • Crust: Mix all of the crust ingredients together in a pie pan.
  • Using a rubber spatula or hands, press crust evenly across the surface and edges of the pie pan.
  • Next, bake the crust for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take the crust out of the oven and place on a cooling rack until cool.
  • Filling: whip up the whipping cream until light and fluffy.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients and continue to mix for about 2 minutes.
  • The filling should be well mixed and creamy.
  • After that, pour the filling on top of the pie crust and smooth it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
  • Then chill for about 4 hours.
  • Last, enjoy a slice of keto peanut butter pie!
