Easy Keto Broccoli Slaw Recipe (Low Carb and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (sugar free)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute (sugar free)
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (sugar free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli slaw (sugar free)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar substitute, celery seeds, salt and pepper together until fully combined.
  • Add the broccoli slaw.
  • Toss well to coat.
  • Serve cold.
