  • 12 portobello mushrooms (ground)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch dried thyme leaves
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons sage (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 pieces portobello mushrooms
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch dried thyme leaves
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Sausage PattiesPlace all the sausage pattie ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
