Low Carb Jelly Slice
- 6 ounces almond meal ,
- 2 tablespoons stevia (natvia)
- 2 1/2 ounces butter ,
- 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk (natvia)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice ,
- 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin ,
- 1/4 cup water ,
- 1 package jello (natvia)
- 3/4 cup boiling water ,
- 1/2 cup cold water
- BasePreheat oven to 320F/160C.Mix together the almond meal, natvia and melted butter.Press into the base of a rectangle baking pan (11 x 9 in) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until firm and starting to brown on the edges.Cool the base in the fridge.
