  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil ,
  • 4 chicken breasts (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 cup peanuts ,
  • 1 carrots (thinly sliced),
  • 4 green onions (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 8 ounces sugar pea ,
  • 4 tablespoons braggs liquid aminos (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar ,
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce ,
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil ,
  • 4 teaspoons ginger (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic ,
  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce (cut into 1" pieces)
  • cauliflower (optional riced


  • In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown. you may need to cook in smaller batches depending on the size of your skillet. While chicken is cooking, mix together the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. Once all chicken is cooked and golden, add veggies and peanuts. Add the sauce and mix until chicken is well-coated. Cook for a minute or two until vegetables become just slightly tender. Add chili sauce if desired. Serve over a bed of cauliflower rice or lettuce wrap style
