Egg Wrap with Feta Cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 ounce feta cheese
- Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat thoroughly.Use a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for heating the olive oil.
- Fry the egg for around 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside for later use.Sauté the sliced tomato and spinach in the same pan.
