Creamy Spicy Keto Pulled Pork Chili

  • 3 pulled pork (or more cups)
  • 1/2 coconut milk (or more cups)
  • 1 cup stock (or more cups)
  • 1/2 diced onions (or more cups)
  • 1 medium tomatoes
  • 1 fresh chili (or more cups)
  • 1/2 dried chile (or more cups)
  • 1 cayenne pepper (or more cups)
  • 1 paprika (level teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon lemongrass (or more cups)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 dried basil (or more cups)
  • 1/2 ground black pepper (or more cups)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (or more cups)


  • In a pan at medium heat, add cooking oil and heat it up.
  • Add the onion and fry until they start to turn golden brown.
  • Add the garlic and fry for a further minute the add the tomatoes.
  • Leave it cook to a sauce for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add on the pulled pork, stir and mix well then add the rest of spices and seasonings.
  • Mix well and then add the stock, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the coconut milk, stir and leave it to simmer.
  • Leave it cook and reduce down until the sauce is to your liking.
  • Serve over your vegetables or mash of your choice
