  • 12 ounces zucchini (Green Giant, Spirals)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (Green Giant, Spirals)
  • 2 tablespoons butter ,
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese ,
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic ,
  • salt ,

Instructions

  • Prepare the Green Giant Zucchini Spirals according to the package directions. Add the cream, minced garlic and butter to a medium saucepan. Heat on medium heat, stirring every few minutes. Once the mixture is heated (not boiling) add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously. *If the alfredo isn't as thick as you would like add more Parmesan cheese a little bit a time until the mixture thickens
