Low Carb Keto Alfredo Zoodles
- 12 ounces zucchini (Green Giant, Spirals)
- 1 cup heavy cream (Green Giant, Spirals)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Prepare the Green Giant Zucchini Spirals according to the package directions.
- Add the cream, minced garlic and butter to a medium saucepan.
- Heat on medium heat, stirring every few minutes.
- Once the mixture is heated (not boiling) add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously.
- *If the alfredo isn't as thick as you would like add more Parmesan cheese a little bit a time until the mixture thickens
