Keto Coffee Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (Shamrock)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (Shamrock)
- 4 ounces mascarpone (Shamrock)
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia (Shamrock)
- At first, whip heavy cream and previously brewed and cooled coffee.
- Then add Mascarpone cheese and liquid stevia.
- Mix well.
- Place the ice cream mixture into a bowl for frosting.
- Leave to freeze for 2-4 hours.
- Serve, decorate to taste and enjoy
