Keto Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
- 2 large eggs (use one egg for lower calorie count)
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix all ingredients in a mug Microwave on high for 2 minutes Remove from mug and slice into 4 pieces Add 1/2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter & Jelly to each sandwich.
