Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing – Low Carb Keto Nom!
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (about 2 ounces)
- 1/3 cup sour cream ,
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (about 2 ounces)
- 1 clove garlic (about 2 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (about 2 ounces)
- 1 dash worchestershire ,
- 2 dashes Tabasco Pepper Sauce (—or your favorite hot sauce),
- ground black pepper (about 2 ounces)
- kosher salt
- Mash blue cheese into a coarse paste. Stir together mayo and sour cream until an even mixture forms. Add heavy cream and stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until completely combined. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
