Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing – Low Carb Keto Nom!
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (about 2 ounces)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (about 2 ounces)
- 1 clove garlic (about 2 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (about 2 ounces)
- 1 dash worchestershire
- 2 dashes Tabasco Pepper Sauce (—or your favorite hot sauce)
- ground black pepper (about 2 ounces)
- kosher salt
- Mash blue cheese into a coarse paste.
- Stir together mayo and sour cream until an even mixture forms.
- Add heavy cream and stir well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir until completely combined.
- Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
