  • 35 grams butter (cacao, I use this)
  • 35 grams chocolate bars (cacao, I use this)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream ,
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (cacao, I use this)
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (cacao, I use this)
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (cacao, I use this)
  • 15 drops liquid stevia (cacao, I use this)


  • Add cacao butter and cacao bar to a microwave safe container. Microwave for ~ 1 minute 20 seconds. Stir. Add remaining ingredients to microwave safe bowl. Stir. Add mixture to chocolate bar mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If you're overly eager you can pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
