Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 6 tablespoons almond flour
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons Swerve Sweetener
  • 6 teaspoons coconut flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  • Grease a loaf pan and preheat oven to 350.Mix softened butter and cocoa powder.Add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, swerve and vanilla.Add eggs.Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
