Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
- 325 grams natural peanut butter (crunchy)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (crunchy)
- 1/2 cup xylitol sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat fan forced oven to 160 degrees celciusMix all ingredients togetherRoll into heaped teaspoon sized balls and press into lined baking tray.
