Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour ,
  • 1/2 cup egg whites (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 4 eggs ,
  • 4 tablespoons butter oil (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron to high. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry. Let sit for 5 minutes. Bake according to your waffle iron directions (I spray my waffle iron with THIS Coconut oil spray). Enjoy! Serve with my homemade syrup. Click here to find keto syrup. Makes 10 waffles.
