Coconut Flour Waffle

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup egg whites (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
- 4 tablespoons butter oil (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron to high.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Bake according to your waffle iron directions (I spray my waffle iron with THIS Coconut oil spray).
- Enjoy! Serve with my homemade syrup.
