Coconut Flour Waffle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup egg whites (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)
  • 4 tablespoons butter oil (JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein)

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron to high.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Bake according to your waffle iron directions (I spray my waffle iron with THIS Coconut oil spray).
  • Enjoy! Serve with my homemade syrup.
