Low Carb Bagels | Everything Bagels!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 white onion (room temperature)
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 scoops protein powder (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning (room temperature)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a silicone donut mold.In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, butter and eggs with a hand mixer.Add salt, garlic, onion, baking powder and protein powder to the mixture and combine with a hand mixture.Evenly distribute the batter into a 6 cavity silicone donut mold.
  • Bake for 18 minutes.Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
