Low Carb Pancakes (Keto Friendly Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese ,
  • 2 eggs ,
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour ,
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ,
  • 1 dash salt (brings out the flavors)
  • 1 dash cinnamon ,
  • 4 ounces cream cheese ,
  • 4 eggs ,
  • 1 tablespoon stevia ,
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour ,
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder ,
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ,
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream ,
  • 1 dash salt (brings out the flavors)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix it until all the ingredients have blended completely together. This recipe yields about 5 medium size pancakes. Note: These pancakes were a bit darker only because I cooked them in left over bacon grease (YUM!)
