Delicious Ketogenic Three Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 ounce unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 ounce cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 7 ounces feta cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese (softened)
  • 5 ounces gruyere cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon thyme (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • BasePreheat oven to 180C/355F.In a mixing bowl, place the almond flour.Add the cream cheese and butter and rub into the almond flour until the mixture resembles crumbs.Add the heavy cream and gently mix together.Press into the base of a 9.5in quiche dish.Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the base is cooked through, but still pale.
  • Set aside while you make the filling.
