Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies ,
  • 1 batch taco seasoning (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream ,
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Cook ground beef over MEDIUM heat and add taco seasoning 3. Drain most of the liquid from the tomatoes and green chilies and add to pan with ground beef and mix 4. Add sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese and mix 5. Pour mixture into a pie dish and top with remaining cup of cheese 6. Bake about 15 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted and slightly browned 7. Slice and serve!
