Taco Pie (low-carb, keto)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 batch taco seasoning (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F 2.
  • Cook ground beef over MEDIUM heat and add taco seasoning 3.
  • Drain most of the liquid from the tomatoes and green chilies and add to pan with ground beef and mix 4.
  • Add sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese and mix 5.
  • Pour mixture into a pie dish and top with remaining cup of cheese 6.
  • Bake about 15 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted and slightly browned 7.
  • Slice and serve!
