- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1/3 cup Alfred (skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken)
- 1/2 medium zucchini (skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken)
Instructions
- Combine the first nine ingredients in a nonstick skillet.
- Sauté on medium high until veggies are soft and chicken is heated through.
- Add Easy Alfredo a la No Sugar, No Starch Diet and zoodles.
- Toss to coat.
- Pour onto a microwave safe plate.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan.
- Nuke for 45 seconds-1 minute, until cheese melts and dish is piping hot! Enjoy!
