  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil ,
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes ,
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ,
  • kosher salt ,
  • 1/3 cup Alfred (skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken)
  • 1/2 medium zucchini (skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ,
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken)

Instructions

  • Combine the first nine ingredients in a nonstick skillet. Sauté on medium high until veggies are soft and chicken is heated through. Add Easy Alfredo a la No Sugar, No Starch Diet and zoodles. Toss to coat. Pour onto a microwave safe plate. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan. Nuke for 45 seconds-1 minute, until cheese melts and dish is piping hot! Enjoy!
