Chia Keto Pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (Black)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (Black)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Swerve Sweetener
- In a jar, combine all ingredients and whisk together.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- It can be left overnight and eaten as a breakfast the next morning.
- Serve with freshly whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
