Simple Low Carb Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 5 oz tuna packed in olive oil ((tins of, drained))
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chives ((tins of, drained))
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- salt (to taste)
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves ((tins of, drained))
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and place it in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves to use as cups.
- Spoon the tuna salad into the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
