Simple Low Carb Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 oz tuna packed in olive oil ((tins of, drained))
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chives ((tins of, drained))
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • salt (to taste)
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves ((tins of, drained))

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves to use as cups.
  6. Spoon the tuna salad into the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
