Raspberry & Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup full fat cream cheese (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup water (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  • 5 drops stevia extract (or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender: heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, raspberries, cacao powder, water, MCT oil, ...
  • ...
  • and optionally a few drops of stevia.
  • I used Chocolate Raspberry stevia from SweetLeaf.
  • Pulse until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour in a glass with some ice and enjoy!
