Keto Dark Chocolate Gluten-Free Cake
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- For the OvenGrease an 8-inch cake pan.
- Turn oven to 350FMix together all ingredients using a hand mixer, until the mixture is well-incorporated, and looks fluffy.
- This will keep the cake from being dense as almond flour cakes can sometimes be.Pour into the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted in the center emerges clean.
