Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons whey protein powder (25 g)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (25 g)
- 2 tablespoons hot water (25 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (25 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 C / 320 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the whey protein powder and melted coconut oil together.
- Add the hot water and mix well.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Place the mixture on the parchment paper and spread it as thin as possible.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Break it into pieces.
