Homemade Protein Chips / Keto / Low Carb
- 5 tablespoons whey protein powder (25 g)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (25 g)
- 2 tablespoons hot water (25 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (25 g)
- Preheat the oven to 160 C / 320 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the whey protein powder and melted coconut oil together. Add the hot water and mix well. Add the salt and mix well. Place the mixture on the parchment paper and spread it as thin as possible. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Break it into pieces.
