Everything Bagel and Lox Keto Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cultured)
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon (cultured)
  • 2 scallions (medium
  • everything bagel seasoning (cultured)

Instructions

  • Using a hand or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add chopped smoked salmon and thinly sliced scallions.
  • Beat until well incorporated.
  • Roll into bite sized balls then lightly coat in Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  • Chill 2-3 hours before enjoying for the flavors to come together.These will keep for up to a week in the fridge or may be frozen for longer storage.
  • Allow to thaw in the fridge before eating.
  • Recipe Notes Feel free to use finely diced red onion in place of the scallions and add capers, if desired.
  • Make sure you are choosing (raw) smoked salmon and not hot smoked salmon
