Crockpot Beef Short Ribs Recipe with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
- 2 pounds beef short ribs
- 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 cups white mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Brown beef short ribs in a skillet.Combine cream cheese, beef broth, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.Place beef short ribs on top of the mixture in the slow cooker.Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours, gently mixing every 1-2 hours.
