Homemade Sugar-Free Honey
- 2 tablespoons bee pollen (18 g/ 0.6 oz)
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1/2 cup syrup (18 g/ 0.6 oz)
- Place the bee pollen in a blender (I used this one from Bamix)...
- together with a tablespoon of warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Pulse until creamy.
- Add another tablespoon of water if needed.
- Add Sukrin Syrup ...
- and pulse until disolved.
