Keto Hash with Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 turnips (medium
  • 1 bunch kale (medium, diced)
  • 1 onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (medium, diced)
  • 4 kielbasa (cooked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • 1.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add in the diced turnips and all spices.
  • Cook 5-8 minutes until tender and starting to brown.
  • 2.
  • Add in the onions and peppers and saute 2-3 minutes until beginning to soften.
  • 3.
  • Add the sliced sausage to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes.
  • Add in the chopped kale and allow it to cook down, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve.
