Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil ,
  • 2 turnips (medium,
  • 1 bunch kale (medium, diced)
  • 1 onions (thinly sliced),
  • 1 bell pepper (medium, diced)
  • 4 kielbasa (cooked),
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder ,
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ,
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika ,
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt ,
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in the diced turnips and all spices. Cook 5-8 minutes until tender and starting to brown. 2. Add in the onions and peppers and saute 2-3 minutes until beginning to soften. 3. Add the sliced sausage to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes. Add in the chopped kale and allow it to cook down, stirring for 2-3 minutes. Serve. Details Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 20 mins Total time: 30 mins Yield: Serves 4
