Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons PBfit (increase/decrease to your taste)
  • 1/4 cup splenda (increase/decrease to your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (increase/decrease to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup water (increase/decrease to your taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray or use parchment paper Mix flaxmeal, almond flour, pb fit, cacao nibs, and sweetener Add oil Add water and mix well Add a little oil to your hands and roll batter into small balls Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350, Turn off the oven and leave in for another 30 minutes Take the tray out and let cool Enjoy with your favorite plant milk or eat them plain!
