LCHF Cauli-Clubhouse Keto Burger feat. The Big Sexy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 110 grams mayonnaise (sugar free)
  • 20 grams dill (sugar free)
  • 25 grams mustard (sugar free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 600 grams minced beef (sugar free)
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno chilies (sugar free)
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • sliced tomatoes (sugar free)
  • 6 cauliflower (cauli-buns halves)

Instructions

  • Instructions The Big Sexy Sauce Mix all ingredients in mixer or blender 5 seconds / speed 4 Scrape down sides of bowl, and repeat Reserve in small bowl Burger Season your beef and roll into 3 x 200 gm patty balls Push into the centre to make a large dimple in each patty Mix cream cheese and jalapeños and place 1 tbsp inside each of the beef burger patties Close your patty, flatten only slightly Cook beef patties on grill or barbecue, to desired doneness Assemble burger with lashings of that "Sexy Sauce" on each cauli- bun, prepared as instructed Top with beef, cheese, tomato and lettuce Enjoy! This could also be done in smaller version as sliders, or even just an open faced burger with only one bun .
