Keto / Low Carb Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 garlic cloves (80/20)
  • 1/2 onions (small
  • 10 ounces rotel tomatoes
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 32 ounces beef broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (80/20)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (80/20)

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef, onions, and minced garlic together in a large saucepan.Drain (if desired) then return to saucepan.Add all other ingredients to the ground beef mixture and bring to a boil.Reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 2 hours or until chili is thickened.Top each bowl with sour cream, grated cheese, jalapenos if desired.
