Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram pork shoulder (or loin)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or loin)
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce (or loin)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste ,
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste ,
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce ,
  • 5 drops liquid (or loin)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste ,
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Place the pork in the bottom of the slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the pork, ensuring it gets underneath as well. Cook on low for 7 hours. Shred the pork with a fork and stir through the sauce, cooking for a further 30 - 60 minutes until the sauce has thickened to your liking, or eat it straight away.
