Keto-Approved Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream (can use plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (can use plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Put all ingredients in emulsion blender container. Blend for 30-60 seconds, until completely blended. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate. It's best to let flavors meld for several hours, but you can serve it immediately and it will still taste great! If you used the homemade mayo recipe, this will last for a few months.
