Fat-Burning Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons herbs (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1/2 garlic powder (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • macadamia nuts

Instructions

  • Peel and crush the garlic.
  • Put the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, olive oil and MCT oil in a jar.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add finely chopped herbs (I used parsley).
  • Cover with a lid and shake until well combined.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Shake well before drizzling over salads.
