Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons oil ,
  • 2 cloves garlic ,
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ,
  • 2 tablespoons herbs (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • salt ,
  • pepper ,
  • 1/2 garlic powder (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce ,
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup ,
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder ,
  • oil ,
  • avocado ,
  • macadamia nuts

Instructions

  • Peel and crush the garlic. Put the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, olive oil and MCT oil in a jar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped herbs (I used parsley). Cover with a lid and shake until well combined. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake well before drizzling over salads.
