Crustless Quiche (Keto Quiche)

Ingredients

  • 80 milliliters heavy whipping cream
  • 80 grams cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams chicken breasts (Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really)
  • 20 grams sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 grams chives (Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl along with the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
  • Add in the cheese, chicken, chives and sun dried tomatoes and mix well.
  • Grease a baking dish or quiche dish with butter and pour in the mixture.
  • Cook at 190 C for 15-20 minutes till the quiche is cooked all the way through.
  • Cut and serve.
