Crustless Quiche (Keto Quiche)

Ingredients
- 80 milliliters heavy whipping cream
- 80 grams cheddar cheese
- 100 grams chicken breasts (Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really)
- 20 grams sun-dried tomatoes
- 5 grams chives (Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl along with the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
- Add in the cheese, chicken, chives and sun dried tomatoes and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish or quiche dish with butter and pour in the mixture.
- Cook at 190 C for 15-20 minutes till the quiche is cooked all the way through.
- Cut and serve.
