  • 4 lb lamb shoulder ((crushed))
  • 3 tbsp ghee

  • 1 tsp cinnamon ((crushed))
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tbsp cilantro ((crushed))
  • 1 tsp cardamom ((crushed))
  • 3 tbsp roughy ((crushed))

Instructions

  1. MarinadeIn a mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients.Add the diced lamb and mix well.Store in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
