Bacon Wrapped Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 30 shrimp (large raw
  • 2 cloves garlic (large raw, peeled and deveined)
  • 15 slices bacon
  • sauce (BBQ low carb

Instructions

  • Mix garlic and bbq sauce together and marinate shrimp over night or at least 2 hrs.Preheat oven 450°.Cut bacon slices in half.Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon.
  • Using a toothpick, secure the bacon to the shrimp.Place a cooling rack in baking pan.
  • This is to help keep your shrimp from drowning in the bacon fat.Place shrimp onto rack.
  • Cook for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Keeping an eye after 20 minutes so you don't burn the shrimp.
