WHITE CHOCOLATE KETO SKILLET BLONDIE

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (ground + 3 tablespoons water)
  • 3/4 cup almond butter (ground + 3 tablespoons water)
  • 1/4 cup butter (ground + 3 tablespoons water)
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener (granulated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ounce walnuts (ground + 3 tablespoons water)
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate (ground + 3 tablespoons water)

Instructions

  • Instructions:Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the ground chia seeds and water in a medium mixing bowl and let sit 5 minutes then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Transfer the batter to a 5 or 6 inch cast iron skillet. Bake for 20 minutes then allow to cool slightly for it to set up a bit more.
