Romaine Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheese
  • sour cream
  • taco sauce (chopped)
  • romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 pinch cilantro
  • 1 dash milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked.While meat is cooking mix ingredients for avocado dressing.Drain meat then stir in water and taco seasoning.Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  • Scoop meat in a romaine leaf and top with desired toppings, sour cream, taco sauce or salsa, and avocado dressing.
