Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp erythritol ((powdered))
  • 2 oz stevia ((powdered))
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Form balls, using 1 tbsp measure.
  3. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
  5. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
