Keto Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1/2 cup full fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon erythritol (granular, I use this brand)
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
