Keto Cheesecake Bars- Snickerdoodle Style!
- 1 stick butter (real, softened)
- 1/3 cup sweetener (real, softened)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 8 ounces cream cheese (real, softened)
- 2/3 cup sweetener (real, softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 eggs (plus 2 egg whites whipped)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- For the CrustCombine almond flour, sweetener and baking soda.
- Pour in butter, mix until crumbly.
- Press into a greased (or lined) 8x8 pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes on 350.
- Remove from oven and set aside.
