Keto Cheeseburger Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 small onion ((– chopped))
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup ((– chopped))

Instructions

  1. Place your raw beef into a pan and cook on medium high until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Add in your onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. You may have excess water in the pan..
  4. let it cook off.
  5. Drop in and mix your mustard and ketchup.
  6. Set aside and let it cool down to room temp.
  7. This is important.
  8. If it’s too hot or even warm, the dough will melt and tear.
  9. Microwave your cheese until melted.
  10. Scoop it into a bowl with your almond flour and baking powder.
  11. Mix thoroughly.
  12. Add in the egg and mix together again.
  13. Roll out the fathead dough on a piece of parchment paper.
  14. Pour your room temp beef onto the flat dough.
  15. Roll it all up like a carpet.
  16. Transfer Stromboli (with parchment paper) to cookie sheet.
  17. Bake at 350 for half an hour or until the dough has browned nicely.
  18. Enjoy! This makes roughly 15 slices.
