Keto Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken fingers (organic)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup pork rind (organic)
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (organic)
  • 2 whole eggs (organic)
  • 1 pound chicken fingers (organic)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (organic)
  • 2 whole eggs (organic)

Instructions

  • Mix the pork rinds and the almond flour.
  • Set up a breading station with your chicken, beaten eggs and almond flour/pork rinds mixture.
  • Dip all the chicken tenders in the egg, then in the almond flour/pork rinds and sauté in light olive oil for about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Add the wing sauce and butter to a bowl and mix till combined.
  • Add the cooked chicken tenders and dip each one in the sauce.
  • Serve with a low carb blue cheese dressing (I use Marzetti) and enjoy!
